All concrete is poured at least 4'' thick.

It is always poured on a sound base(thoroughly compacted).

Control joints are always placed where needed.  This prevents ugly cracking.

Expansion joints are placed where necessary.  This prevents heaving and buckling.

Form-work and layout is done professionally so concrete has the proper slope for water runoff.
